This inflatable kontiki bag is designed to catch the offshore wind to tow a long line with multiple hooks far out to the sea. It's easy to use, effective and can be pulled back in to retrieve your catch. To use, simply tie one end to close and pull it through the air, once it has air in it tie the other end to trap the air.
